Michael D. Sherman has been appointed to the Larson’s National Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board. "Larsons" is a well known Nation-wide treatise of workers’ compensation laws. Since 1952 this treatise has provided a review and analysis of legal issues with an additional focus upon the arguments presented on behalf of claimants and employers. The Members of the advisory board were selected from 50 jurisdictions to provide updates regarding new developments and a continuing analysis of worker compensation issues, within each state jurisdiction. These articles and updates will appear on-line at the LexisNexis Workers’ Compensation Law Center.

The presentation emphasized regulations and rights within the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act and case law that, when strategically used, can assist the employer to cost effectively manage workers' compensation claims.

Annual Workers’ Compensation Conference in Harrisburg for all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Agencies on November 6 2007.
